The image you see below was shot by Jerry Uelsmann, in 1982, NO PHOTOSHOP was used, just a blending of negatives in the dark room (NOT easy to do in the dark!) This week, I'm sharing with you what photographers call "pull back" shots. This allows you to see what the set up for an image looks like and then what the final image the photographer was using. These images are from some of my own personal shoots...
All you need is some natural lighting, a large white sheet and some inventive props! It helps to move furniture out of the way but don't tell your parents that was my idea ;)

Photoshop is an amazing tool, and I hope you are getting to know it well. Try Photoshop FUSE tutorial when you have some free time by clicking on the How To below and following the instructions. You'll be amazed how easy it is. Keep in mind though, Photoshop is a tool- good photographs, well, that's all on you!
